Do you deliver across India?<\/h2>\n

Yes. We ship to PIN codes across India through multiple trusted courier partners. The courier best suited to your delivery PIN code is selected automatically at dispatch, and you receive a tracking number and link by email as soon as your order ships.<\/p>\n

How much does delivery cost?<\/h2>\n

Delivery is free on every order above ₹349<\/strong>, applied automatically in the cart — no coupon code needed. For orders below ₹349 a flat courier charge of just \u20b929 is added at checkout.<\/p>\n

How quickly is my order dispatched?<\/h2>\n

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Mumbai facility within 1–3 working days<\/strong>. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a working day are prioritised for same-day processing.<\/p>\n

What payment methods do you accept?<\/h2>\n

All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and popular wallets.<\/p>\n

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?<\/h2>\n

No. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Every order is paid online at checkout through Razorpay.<\/p>\n

Are your products genuine and imported?<\/h2>\n

Yes. Every pack is an original, factory-sealed import — never repacked and never sold loose. Products are stored properly and shipped exactly as they reach us.<\/p>\n

Can I return or exchange an order?<\/h2>\n

Because we sell foodstuff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered — this protects the safety and hygiene of every customer. If you receive a wrong item<\/strong> or your order is not delivered<\/strong>, we will refund or resend it in full. If a pack arrives damaged<\/strong> (torn, leaking, crushed or with a broken seal), report it within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or refund it.
