Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing:
All orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days from our Mumbai facility. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on working days are prioritised for same-day processing.

Estimated Transit Times:

Mumbai & Maharashtra — 1–2 working days
Metro Cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune) — 2–4 working days

If you have not received your tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order please contact us and our team will assist you promptly.

Safe and Secure Packaging

Every order from 72 Shop India is carefully and securely packed to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials to protect your masalas and food products from damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and we will replace the item or refund it.

We deliver to PIN codes across India through our trusted courier partners. Whether you are in a major metro city or a small town we will do our best to get your authentic Shan, Mehran and PRAN products delivered to your doorstep.
